About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform reconciliations and accounting entries for the Cooperatives affiliated with Sicredi, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support processes related to the accounting close between the 1st and 5th business day.
Prepare accounting data to support decision-making together with product and business teams.
Assist with internal and external audit requests.
Support the collection of information for the preparation of Notes to the Financial Statements.
Take ownership and demonstrate genuine interest in the business, maintaining strong relationships with Cooperatives and partner departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in accounting routines for financial institutions.
Experience in posting and reconciliation processes between accounting and operational systems.
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel.
Analytical ability to interpret and apply accounting and regulatory standards, with a focus on compliance and data integrity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with cooperatives and internal areas to understand and map accounting processes.
Data-oriented profile with knowledge of data extraction, analysis, and visualization tools in a corporate environment.
Work with an agile mindset, promoting collaboration, autonomy, transparency, innovation, and continuous learning.
Investigative, proactive profile motivated by challenges.
