About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on the development and evolution of the INSS benefits payment journey, supporting the identification of improvement opportunities;
  • Perform data analysis, monitor metrics and performance, generating insights to support strategic decisions;
  • Connect information and translate business needs into practical and technological solutions;
  • Interact with various internal teams, including technology, product and operations teams, contributing to integrated solutions;
  • Continuously monitor performance indicators of customer service channels, identifying patterns, opportunities and risks;
  • Lead recurring follow-up rituals with Central Offices and Cooperatives, delivering analyses, executive narratives and business insights;
  • Structure regional diagnostics and guide action plans with Cooperatives, ensuring data-driven execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or related fields;
  • Analytical profile, with the ability to interpret data and turn information into recommendations;
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI;
  • Proactivity, curiosity and the ability to solve complex problems;
  • Clear and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Sense of urgency and the ability to balance project prioritization with problem resolution.
