About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on the development and evolution of the INSS benefits payment journey, supporting the identification of improvement opportunities;
- Perform data analysis, monitor metrics and performance, generating insights to support strategic decisions;
- Connect information and translate business needs into practical and technological solutions;
- Interact with various internal teams, including technology, product and operations teams, contributing to integrated solutions;
- Continuously monitor performance indicators of customer service channels, identifying patterns, opportunities and risks;
- Lead recurring follow-up rituals with Central Offices and Cooperatives, delivering analyses, executive narratives and business insights;
- Structure regional diagnostics and guide action plans with Cooperatives, ensuring data-driven execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or related fields;
- Analytical profile, with the ability to interpret data and turn information into recommendations;
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI;
- Proactivity, curiosity and the ability to solve complex problems;
- Clear and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Sense of urgency and the ability to balance project prioritization with problem resolution.
