About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the strategic vision for data products aligned with business objectives.
- Translate strategic needs into clear mid- and long-term roadmaps.
- Prioritize data initiatives based on impact, feasibility and business value.
- Act as a bridge between business, data, technology and analytics to manage expectations and align priorities across multiple areas.
- Communicate value, risks and results clearly, focusing on impact.
- Conduct discovery with data users (analysts, data scientists, engineers and business teams).
- Identify pain points related to data quality, scalability, reliability and governance.
- Maintain and prioritize the data product backlog.
- Help the team define epics, features and requirements clearly.
- Ensure focus on high-value deliveries.
- Translate business needs into technically understandable requirements.
- Have a deep understanding of architecture, pipelines, models and technical trade-offs.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for the data product, such as:
- Adoption
- Recurring usage
- Quality / reliability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferred in areas such as Systems Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- Analytical thinking.
- Strong writing, summarization and communication skills.
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python.
- Experience with data analysis/manipulation platforms such as Databricks or similar.
- Experience in data analysis, monitoring KPIs and developing business studies.
- Preferred experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
- Preferred experience in the Financial Market.
