  • Conduct structured requirements gathering with stakeholders (cooperatives, regional centers, internal areas and product teams), ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and alignment of expectations;
  • Support the discovery process in partnership with PMs and designers, contributing analyses, hypotheses, data collection and a deep understanding of cooperatives’ and corporate/Agro members’ pain points;
  • Map end-to-end journeys and processes (AS IS and TO BE), identifying systemic impacts, interdependencies between areas and opportunities for simplification and standardization (systemic view with a technology-oriented approach);
  • Translate business needs into structured solutions, acting as a bridge between business areas and technical teams, ensuring clarity, feasibility and consistency of deliverables;
  • Continuously engage with internal and external stakeholders, promoting alignment among product, technology, operations and cooperatives, and ensuring clear and transparent communication;
  • Assess the impacts of regulatory changes (BACEN, LGPD, internal policies) on onboarding flows and products, proposing adjustments and ensuring compliance;
  • Monitor the development of solutions with agile teams, resolving questions, refining requirements and ensuring adherence to the defined scope;
  • Validate functional deliverables (user acceptance), ensuring they meet business criteria, established rules and the expected end-user experience;
  • Analyze journey metrics and KPIs (e.g., conversion, account opening time, rejections, churn, cost), identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Document processes, business rules, flows and standards, contributing to the creation and maintenance of manuals, best-practice guides and support materials;
  • Support backlog prioritization together with the PM, contributing business perspective, member impact assessment and feasibility analysis for initiatives;
  • Ensure consistency and standardization of solutions within the vertical, promoting alignment across different journeys and products in the association and accounts ecosystem.
