About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the identification, analysis and prioritization of business needs, ensuring alignment with the product vertical’s strategy and the business objectives of PJ and Agro journeys;
  • Act as a bridge between business, technology and user experience, ensuring deep understanding of requirements and consistent translation into viable, scalable solutions;
  • Structure and guide the definition of functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring high quality, clarity and traceability;
  • Map and review end-to-end journeys and processes with a systemic view, identifying interdependencies, operational risks, friction points and opportunities for efficiency gains;
  • Propose foundational solutions and continuous improvements based on data, evidence and strategy, ensuring meaningful business impact and consistent evolution of the journeys;
  • Influence strategic product and business decisions using data, analysis and domain knowledge to direct priorities and solution paths;
  • Prepare materials and executive reports to support product positioning and communication;
  • Work consultatively with cooperatives, helping them identify business opportunities that contribute to system results;
  • Continuously analyze onboarding journey indicators and metrics (e.g., conversion, time to account opening, rejection rate, attrition, NPS, CAC, CTS, others), identify root causes and drive improvements based on those analyses;
  • Drive continuous evolution of the journeys based on data and evidence, ensuring efficient prioritization and sustainable value delivery;
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level analysts by sharing knowledge, guiding approaches and raising the team’s technical and analytical level;
  • Anticipate technical, delivery, operational and business risks, propose mitigation plans and ensure greater predictability in deliveries;
  • Ensure consistency of solutions within the vertical’s product ecosystem, avoiding rework, redundancies and misalignment between journeys.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Design, Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Engineering, Technology or related areas;
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex contexts and digital products;
  • Prior experience preferably in financial institutions or regulated environments, with understanding of onboarding, KYC and PJ/Agro customer journeys;
  • Mastery of requirement elicitation and documentation techniques, including user stories and acceptance criteria;
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset for decision-making and prioritization. Strong analytical skills and the ability to incorporate data into narratives;
  • Ability to map processes and journeys with a systemic perspective, identifying improvements and end-to-end impacts while managing complex interdependencies;
  • Understanding of financial sector regulations (Central Bank/BACEN, Brazil’s General Data Protection Law/LGPD, compliance) and their application in business solutions;
  • Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders clearly, structured and assertively;
  • Keep up with trends in the financial market and innovation (Open Finance, digital onboarding, digital identity);
  • High level of autonomy, ownership and accountability in leading initiatives.
  • Preferred
  • Experience with digital onboarding journeys for legal entities (PJ) and/or Agro;
  • Use of Artificial Intelligence (generative AI and automations) to improve productivity, enhance analyses, build materials and increase day-to-day efficiency;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar;
  • Experience and ease in preparing executive materials and narratives, adapting to different audiences and forums;
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and strategic alignments;
  • Contribute to the team’s development by sharing best practices and raising the technical level.
