About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop and maintain AI agents applied to corporate processes.
- Develop and integrate AI solutions with RPA, workflows and enterprise systems.
- Orchestrate intelligent flows by combining AI models, business rules and automations.
- Implement data pipelines, model inference and monitoring.
- Ensure version control, traceability and explainability of AI solutions.
- Work with prompt engineering, decision rules and supervised and unsupervised models.
- Support the definition of secure and scalable AI architectures.
- Monitor model and agent performance, accuracy and behavior.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies, LGPD and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation for developed solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business, data, automation, IT, risk and compliance teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development or a related field (in progress or completed).
- Knowledge of AI architectures applied to business processes.
- Experience with AI agents and predictive or classification models.
- Experience integrating AI via APIs, microservices or data pipelines.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration of automated decision-making.
- Experience with automation and workflow environments (e.g., SE Suite, PegaSystems, RPA).
- Familiarity with AI governance, information security and data protection.
- Ability to interpret functional, regulatory and technical requirements.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
- Preferred: Experience in financial institutions or credit cooperatives.
- Experience with AI in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of MLOps / ModelOps.
- Experience integrating AI and RPA.
- Knowledge of BPM, BPMS or process management.
- Experience working with model metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, drift).
