About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analysis of the consortia market and identification of opportunities;
Competitor analysis, product metrics, conducting benchmarking, etc.;
Interaction with Business, Support and Cooperative teams to capture ideas, requests, demands, problems, needs, opportunities and solution hypotheses;
Monitoring the results of delivered items and metrics that contribute to continuous product improvement;
Support to the Product Management Analyst in researching items relevant to achieving expected results and executing the product strategy;
Support in the development and implementation of new products: feasibility studies, risk and impact mapping, system parameterization, etc.;
Support in hypothesis testing and follow-up of results;
Creation of support materials, training, manuals, etc., contributing to the definition and creation of content;
Writing technical requirements to guide development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree (or currently studying) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields;
Knowledge of product management and product lifecycle;
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis;
Familiarity with discovery tools and processes (Design Thinking, MVP, Lean Startup, etc.);
Knowledge of the consortia market is a plus;
Prior experience with product development is a plus.
