About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze end-to-end funnels (digital and physical), covering stages such as:
  • attraction and acquisition
  • engagement and consideration
  • conversion
  • contracting / activation
  • retention and recurrence
  • Identify frictions in the funnel, bottlenecks and optimization opportunities, considering typical marketing variables such as channel, campaign, creative, audience and targeting.
  • Evaluate the performance of initiatives and campaigns throughout the journey, connecting investment, costs (CPC, CPA, etc.), conversion and business outcomes.
  • Help build and track key marketing metrics, such as conversion rates, channel efficiency and lead quality.
  • Generate actionable hypotheses for campaign and journey optimization.
  • Integrate digital journey data (web/app) with physical and relationship channels, ensuring a complete view of the impact of marketing actions.
  • Support assisted conversion analyses, considering multiple touchpoints and an omnichannel journey.
  • Contribute to attribution discussions, understanding the limitations of traditional models (e.g., last-click) and their impact on marketing decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • SQL (CTEs, window functions, joins, building analytical tables).
  • Experience with Power BI (modeling, metrics and visualization).
  • Experience with funnel analysis and marketing metrics (acquisition, conversion, retention).
  • Hands-on experience in a marketing context (digital or omnichannel), with an understanding of digital analytics and the customer journey (events, conversions, tracking).
