Currency Exchange and COMEX Support Analyst – Jr.

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide specialized support to cooperatives and members in processes within the Currency Exchange and COMEX area, performing technical analyses and providing the necessary guidance to cooperatives and members on each case.
- Monitor process documents and activities, flagging changes and/or needs for new documents, supporting the ongoing update of materials in the Knowledge Base.
- Track individual and team OKRs and propose actions for improvement.
- Analyze the main reasons users contact support and propose improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and user experience.
- Support the identification and reporting of business risks.
- Participate in activities related to business development, assisting cooperatives in revenue generation and strengthening relationships with users.
- Collect user feedback, perceptions, and suggestions to assess service quality and identify potential improvement areas.
- Implement and monitor action plans for continuous improvement of service and product.
- Monitor the status and progress of issue resolution to keep users informed.
- Advise users on business matters, processes, and services based on documented information validated by the responsible areas to clarify questions and doubts.
- Provide support across all channels; log, assess, and appropriately prioritize incidents related to business, processes, services, and continuity of operations, providing workarounds or resolving them when possible.
- Handle requests, escalate and coordinate with the responsible areas when necessary, tracking contracted SLAs to meet users’ needs within established deadlines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
- Intermediate knowledge of Foreign Exchange and COMEX.
- Customer service experience is desirable.
- Proactivity and ownership – ability to take responsibility and seek solutions autonomously.
- Genuine willingness to learn – openness to acquire technical knowledge about Foreign Exchange, COMEX and related areas.
- Good communication and empathy – experience or ease in customer-facing situations.
- Organization and attention to detail, especially when analyzing and forwarding information.
