About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conducts statistical studies aimed at producing business-relevant knowledge and supporting decision-making;
  • Identifies trends and predictive models to assist managers in decision-making;
  • Develops and implements analytical initiatives to support HR strategies;
  • Serves as the technical authority on People Analytics, guiding and influencing decisions based on people-data insights and providing technical guidance on best practices in data analysis and methodologies, while sharing insights and market updates related to analytics trends and technologies;
  • Makes strategic recommendations based on in-depth analyses;
  • Leads the identification of improvement opportunities based on data and works on enhancing, organizing, cleaning, curating, creating, and modeling data sets;
  • Provides technical direction for training on the use of People Analytics tools;
  • Acts as a reference for data governance in People Analytics and advises peers, working in close collaboration with the Data Horizontal (central data team) to ensure adherence to systemic practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of Data Analysis, analytical tools, statistics and modeling, programming, advanced BI, databases (advanced SQL), and familiarity with APIs.
  • Preferred experience in Data Management and Governance, AI, and predictive models applied to HR.
