About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct complex analyses and business diagnostics using advanced statistical techniques, predictive modeling and multivariate analysis.
Design and implement robust analytical solutions with direct impact on decision-making and organizational results.
Mentor and support less-senior analysts, promoting training, technical review and the dissemination of best practices.
Define and validate performance indicators (KPIs) together with strategic areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Ensure data quality, governance and integrity, proposing continuous improvements to processes and tools.
Lead prioritization of analytical requests, coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams to maximize value and efficiency.
Participate in strategic forums, contributing analytical insights to medium- and long-term decisions.
Act as a technical reference, being consulted on critical decisions and on the definition of analytical standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferred fields of study: Systems Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related areas.
Data-related certifications are desirable.
Education level: Bachelor's degree (completed).
