About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Attend members via the SAC channel (phone)
- Log and follow up on tickets until resolution
- Identify improvement opportunities based on user feedback
- Work in partnership with other areas to ensure the best possible experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic, patient and resilient profile
- Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
- Currently enrolled in or graduated in Business Administration, Communication, Law, or related fields
- Postgraduate degree completed or in progress (plus)
- Certification in Ombudsman services (plus)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Able to work autonomously with responsibility and commitment
- Familiarity with customer service platforms (Genesys, Salesforce) is a plus.
