About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform allocation of guarantor fund products;
Analyze and maintain stop-loss indicators;
Execute honor-related processes (processes involving payments/fulfillment of obligations);
Propose solutions to issues reported by Cooperatives or internal areas to mitigate impacts on service users;
Participate in analysis of quality incidents and propose improvements;
Understand the business, seeking continuous improvement in product performance;
Operations control;
Respond to cooperatives' requests;
Provide support and work collaboratively in teams;
Monitor performance indicators;
Liaise with cooperatives and other Sicredi areas when necessary to provide support and training;
Prepare and maintain manuals, as well as presentations to support and defend ideas.

Requirements
