About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the structuring of the quality strategy within your team, considering all aspects of the solution, from requirements definition to code development
- Design and execute test scenarios based on business requirements in the form of user stories, as well as manage testing activities and expertise in the tools used
- Develop automated tests for APIs and UIs
- Work across the entire product development lifecycle, from conception to production rollout and maintenance
- Participate in collaborative product design
- Take part in Quality Chapters and Communities of Practice, encouraging and promoting the dissemination of a quality culture among colleagues and teams within our operation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Create testing strategies at different levels (Unit, Integration, System, Acceptance) using manual and automated tests
- Create and execute automated tests (API and web interfaces) with pipeline execution (GitLab)
- Implement process, technical and tooling improvements for the team and operation to enhance quality
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in teams, especially with Agile Testing
- Validation of non-functional requirements
- Knowledge of Java/JavaScript
- Experience with frameworks such as TestNG and JUnit
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Rest Assured, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, BrowserStack
- Knowledge of software development practices and patterns
- Experience with Cloud Computing infrastructures
- Concepts of microservices and distributed architecture
