Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
Postgraduate specialization / MBA.
Minimum of 9 years of experience (including management).
Basic English proficiency.
Experience in people management and leadership.
Knowledge of the banking market and banking products.
Business and service modeling.
Structuring and negotiating business and service agreements.
Technologies, innovation, and agile methodologies.
Project management and financial feasibility analysis.
Experience with cooperativism.
Knowledge of the consortia market is a plus.
