About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide, negotiate, and deliver technical and specialized support for the most complex cases, seeking solutions to meet insurance-related requests.
- Map and implement improvements to enhance the experience of members and cooperatives.
- Map and implement improvements that increase efficiency in the area’s activities and align with Sicredi’s strategic ambitions and guiding principles.
- Make data-driven decisions aligned with Sicredi’s strategy.
- Lead initiatives focused on advancing the customer journey or achieving efficiency gains.
- Develop and deliver trainings and presentations.
- Monitor team deliverables, ensuring timelines, scope, and prioritization of activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or near completion in related fields such as Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Insurance, or similar.
- Experience in the insurance contracting lifecycle.
- Experience developing improvements that generate measurable value.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, collaborative, and organized profile.
- Strong ability to develop content, presentations, and training materials.
