About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and support compensation and structure activities: maintain job profiles, bands, pay tables, and organizational structures up to date; perform basic analyses of fixed and variable compensation; support job classifications and salary adjustments in accordance with current policies and guidelines;
- Consolidate data and support analyses and requests: organize and validate databases; support salary surveys and market benchmarking analyses; prepare reports and area controls; respond to requests from managers and internal departments, ensuring consistency, confidentiality, and quality of information;
- Collaborate in the preparation of compensation analyses and projections based on internal and external data, as well as promote innovation and stay updated on current and future trends in people management and the market;
- Build relationships with leaders from different areas and entities to implement compensation strategies, programs, and policies, and collaborate in adapting these to local business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed in a related field;
- Postgraduate studies in progress preferred.
