Key responsibilities & impact

Define and prioritize the product roadmap using data, user feedback and market trends;
Ensure regulatory compliance of the product by working closely with relevant departments and supporting the implementation of required measures;
Work in partnership with internal and external technology teams, tracking deliveries, deadlines and solution quality;
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results and propose continuous product improvements;
Conduct market benchmarking to identify opportunities for product evolution and differentiation;
Drive and strengthen an ongoing discovery process, connecting learnings to the product and company strategy.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, or a related field;
Strong data analysis skills and experience defining success metrics;
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Sense of urgency and ability to balance project prioritization with problem resolution;
