About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and evolution of the credit journey for agribusiness working capital and commercialization, contributing with analyses and data collection;
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes and product usage;
Support the organization of information and the translation of business needs into structured requirements;
Contribute to the preparation of materials, content and trainings related to the products;
Support the maintenance of credit products, including updating parameters and rules;
Assist in creating and updating product manuals, procedures and documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proactivity, curiosity and ability to work in a team;
Communication and negotiation skills;
Advanced Excel skills, with focus on Power Query, integration and data handling from different sources (Denodo);
Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, not only in using the tool but especially in data analysis, building and interpreting dashboards, business indicators and metrics;
Experience in agribusiness is a plus;
