About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, control and validate insurance commissions;
- Monitor other payments and allowances related to operations;
- Ensure accuracy, traceability and reliability of financial information;
- Perform account confirmation (circularization) processes, forecasting, balance controls and remittances;
- Support communication of financial information to the cooperatives.

- **2. Partners' Profit Participation**
- Perform analytical validation of partners' profit-participation calculations;
- Execute allocations, controls and remittances to the cooperatives;
- Ensure calculation accuracy and adherence to agreed criteria;
- Support clear and timely communication of results and remittances.

- **3. Administrative and Financial**
- Conduct various financial analyses;
- Perform financial and accounting reconciliations;
- Post invoices, payments and allocations;
- Support contract analyses, focusing on financial clauses;
- Develop, monitor and update administrative and financial indicators;
- Ensure reliability and consistency of information in indicators and reports;
- Support analyses that underpin financial and operational decisions;
- Handle administrative requests related to the area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Financial, Administrative or Accounting areas;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
- Knowledge of Accounting principles;
- Office suite (advanced Excel; Power BI desirable);
- Analytical ability, organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in the insurance market and actuarial calculations;
- Experience managing commissions, profit calculations and other payments;
- Prior involvement with operational financial analyses;
- Familiarity with allocation processes and financial controls.
