Key responsibilities & impact

Perform product homologations and integrations for our members, ensuring they meet quality and functionality requirements;
Provide technical support and guidance to members during the integration process, ensuring a smooth and effective experience with Sicredi products;
Continuously seek opportunities to improve team processes and workflows;
Provide support through communication channels (email, phone, WhatsApp), ensuring issue resolution and customer satisfaction;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Technology, Business Administration, or related fields;
Customer service experience preferred;
Analytical skills;
Experience with multichannel support and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Proactivity and an ownership mindset — ability to take responsibility and proactively seek solutions;
Familiarity with bank remittance files is a plus;
