About the role

  • Perform product homologations and integrations for our members, ensuring they meet quality and functionality requirements;
  • Provide technical support and guidance to members during the integration process, ensuring a smooth and effective experience with Sicredi products;
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve team processes and workflows;
  • Provide support through communication channels (email, phone, WhatsApp), ensuring issue resolution and customer satisfaction;

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Technology, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Customer service experience preferred;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Experience with multichannel support and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proactivity and an ownership mindset — ability to take responsibility and proactively seek solutions;
  • Familiarity with bank remittance files is a plus;
