About the role
- Lead the Finanças na Mochila Program's training processes and provide continuing training sessions when requested;
- Participate in the Program's working groups;
- Represent the Program as a Trainer for Fundação Sicredi, the Program's national reference;
- Facilitate working groups for the development of materials;
- Develop and write new educational materials.
Requirements
- Undergraduate teaching degree and completed Master's degree (both in education-related fields);
- PhD in progress or completed is desirable (in Education);
- Required experience as a Pedagogical Advisor for the Finanças na Mochila Program;
- Experience and/or training in Financial Education;
- Experience in school environments and in training educators;
- Research focus aligned with active methodologies, behavioral sciences, and financial education;
- Publications such as articles, theses, or research studies in the field of education;
- Have, or be willing to establish, a company for contracting purposes.
