About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Finanças na Mochila Program's training processes and provide continuing training sessions when requested;
Participate in the Program's working groups;
Represent the Program as a Trainer for Fundação Sicredi, the Program's national reference;
Facilitate working groups for the development of materials;
Develop and write new educational materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate teaching degree and completed Master's degree (both in education-related fields);
PhD in progress or completed is desirable (in Education);
Required experience as a Pedagogical Advisor for the Finanças na Mochila Program;
Experience and/or training in Financial Education;
Experience in school environments and in training educators;
Research focus aligned with active methodologies, behavioral sciences, and financial education;
Publications such as articles, theses, or research studies in the field of education;
Have, or be willing to establish, a company for contracting purposes.
