About the role

  • Act strategically in credit recovery during the judicial stage, contributing to decisions that have systemic impact and strengthen the business’s sustainability.
  • Lead strategy and support cooperatives in the extrajudicial enforcement of guarantees, including consolidation of title, extrajudicial mortgage enforcement, and out-of-court repossession, in accordance with the Legal Framework for Guarantees.
  • Support workflows and analyses related to auctions for fiduciary alienation and corporate auctions, promoting the sale of repossessed assets and assets received in settlement (AMV – Non-Financial Assets Held for Sale).
  • Act as a bridge between Legal, Credit, Operations and Technology, translating business rules into clear, efficient processes that are aligned with systems.
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of origination, settlement and termination processes for credit operations, with a focus on core credit systems (legacy and platform).
  • Support strategic analyses and guidance related to AMV, strengthening governance and decision-making.
  • Produce technical analyses, guidance and support materials for cooperatives and internal areas, promoting standardization and security.
  • Identify risks and improvement opportunities, proposing solutions that increase efficiency, control and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Solid experience in credit recovery during the judicial stage.
  • Practical experience in extrajudicial enforcement of guarantees, including:
  • Consolidation of title
  • Extrajudicial mortgage enforcement
  • Out-of-court repossession
  • Strong knowledge of the processes for origination and settlement of credit operations, with experience in core systems (legacy and platform).
  • Analytical profile, systemic perspective and ability to work cross-functionally, connecting areas, processes and solutions.
