About the role

  • Respond to and follow up on requests from cooperatives and members, ensuring promptness and quality of deliverables;
  • Monitor product operations, ensuring continuous functioning and identifying potential deviations;
  • Analyze recurring operational issues and propose solutions that contribute to continuous improvement;
  • Work together with Product Development, Customer Service, Business teams and other stakeholders;
  • Prepare and update operational documentation, manuals and process flows;
  • Participate in alignment meetings and contribute technical insights and analyses;
  • Perform data analyses to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or related fields;
  • Familiarity with operational processes for card products and/or transit tags;
  • Analytical profile and ability to investigate root causes and propose solutions;
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL (querying and data analysis);
  • Good communication, organizational skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Proactivity, dynamism and the ability to handle multiple demands;
  • Previous experience in financial institutions or credit cooperatives;
  • Experience with project management tools, operational metrics and continuous improvement methodologies.
