About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to and follow up on requests from cooperatives and members, ensuring promptness and quality of deliverables;
Monitor product operations, ensuring continuous functioning and identifying potential deviations;
Analyze recurring operational issues and propose solutions that contribute to continuous improvement;
Work together with Product Development, Customer Service, Business teams and other stakeholders;
Prepare and update operational documentation, manuals and process flows;
Participate in alignment meetings and contribute technical insights and analyses;
Perform data analyses to support decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or related fields;
Familiarity with operational processes for card products and/or transit tags;
Analytical profile and ability to investigate root causes and propose solutions;
Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL (querying and data analysis);
Good communication, organizational skills and ability to work in a team;
Proactivity, dynamism and the ability to handle multiple demands;
Previous experience in financial institutions or credit cooperatives;
Experience with project management tools, operational metrics and continuous improvement methodologies.
