About the role
- Payroll accounting reconciliation;
- Coordinate with the business team to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities;
- Serve as a source of input for identifying process improvements;

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Excel – Intermediate to Advanced level;
- Experience with SAP ERP;
- Familiarity with data analysis and data tools;
- Curious, proactive, and driven by challenges.
