About the role

  • Leading the press/advisory team in coordination with internal departments.
  • Drafting press releases, Q&A documents, and media briefings.
  • Preparing and supporting executives for interviews.
  • Analyzing results and executives' media performance.
  • Developing strategies for proactive coverage in national media outlets.
  • Supporting cooperatives and central offices in producing materials for regional and local press.
  • Analyzing and recommending events, speaking opportunities, and awards.
  • Supporting board executives in representing the Sicredi brand at internal and external events.
  • Developing briefings and sourcing case studies.
  • Reviewing and approving branded materials with internal teams and media partners.
  • Reviewing clipping dashboards with external vendors.
  • Evaluating results and proposing new approaches to achieve targets.
  • Organizing and executing special projects.
  • Managing stakeholders, monitoring results, and preparing reports with insights and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Communication (Journalism specialization).
  • Knowledge of communications planning and press relations.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Analytical ability to assess results and apply strategic adjustments.
  • Preferred: knowledge of the financial sector and/or cooperative institutions.
  • Advanced English is a plus.
