About the role

  • Ensure alignment and connection between the strategies of the segments (Retail/Individuals, Corporate/Businesses and Agribusiness).
  • Identify needs, conceptualize future visions related to credit solutions, and liaise with product teams to flag requirements and opportunities for software enhancements.
  • Analyze opportunities in processes, regulations and products related to the credit cycle.
  • Foster synergy with related areas (Finance, Risk, among others) to enhance results.
  • Work in partnership with strategic segment teams, participating in working groups and joint initiatives.
  • Conduct continuous benchmarking to identify trends and drive innovation.
  • Connect business needs to solution ideation journeys.
  • Orchestrate requests and route them to data and business teams.
  • Use study findings and data inputs to strengthen strategy and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional areas, contributing to the evolution of business solutions.
  • Produce clear and concise materials to communicate deliverables, opportunities and impacts in strategic forums.
  • Monitor market and legislative developments to identify opportunities and the need for updates and adjustments in strategies, processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in related areas preferred.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to synthesize information.
  • Good communication, mediation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the credit cycle, financial institutions or cooperative business operations is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets and Credit.
  • Systems thinking and experience in project management.
