About the role

  • Work on the development and evolution of the credit journey for agricultural investments, supporting the identification of opportunities and increasing product adoption;
  • Connect information and translate business needs into practical solutions, supporting the creation and improvement of processes;
  • Produce content, materials and training strategies to support knowledge dissemination and qualified use of products;
  • Interact with various internal teams, including technology, product and operations teams, contributing to integrated solutions;
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining products, as well as managing applicable parameters and legal rules for credit products;
  • Execute Change Management activities applied to products;
  • Manage, create and update product manuals and forms;

Requirements

  • Experience with credit portfolios or financial products;
  • Proactivity, curiosity and the ability to solve complex problems;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies;
  • Differential: Experience in Agribusiness and familiarity with related legal regulations (resolutions, laws, etc.);
