About the role

  • Ensure alignment and connection between segment strategies (Retail, Corporate and Agribusiness).
  • Identify needs and envision future solutions related to credit products, and liaise with product teams to signal needs and opportunities for software enhancements.
  • Analyze opportunities in processes, regulations and products linked to the credit cycle.
  • Promote synergy with related areas (Finance, Risk, and others) to maximize results.
  • Work in partnership with segment strategic teams, participating in working groups and joint initiatives.
  • Conduct continuous benchmarking to identify trends and foster innovation.
  • Connect business needs to the solution ideation journey.
  • Orchestrate requests and route them to data and business teams.
  • Use study inputs and data to strengthen strategy and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional areas, contributing to the evolution of business solutions.
  • Produce clear and concise materials to communicate deliverables, opportunities and impacts in strategic forums.
  • Monitor market and legislative developments to identify opportunities and the need for updates and adjustments in strategies, processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in related areas is desirable.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
  • Good communication, mediation and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in the credit cycle, financial institutions or cooperative business models is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Markets and Credit.
  • Systemic thinking and experience in project management.
