About the role
- Ensure alignment and connection between segment strategies (Retail, Corporate and Agribusiness).
- Identify needs and envision future solutions related to credit products, and liaise with product teams to signal needs and opportunities for software enhancements.
- Analyze opportunities in processes, regulations and products linked to the credit cycle.
- Promote synergy with related areas (Finance, Risk, and others) to maximize results.
- Work in partnership with segment strategic teams, participating in working groups and joint initiatives.
- Conduct continuous benchmarking to identify trends and foster innovation.
- Connect business needs to the solution ideation journey.
- Orchestrate requests and route them to data and business teams.
- Use study inputs and data to strengthen strategy and outcomes.
- Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional areas, contributing to the evolution of business solutions.
- Produce clear and concise materials to communicate deliverables, opportunities and impacts in strategic forums.
- Monitor market and legislative developments to identify opportunities and the need for updates and adjustments in strategies, processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in related areas is desirable.
- Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Good communication, mediation and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in the credit cycle, financial institutions or cooperative business models is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Financial Markets and Credit.
- Systemic thinking and experience in project management.
