About the role
- The training is free and is organized into modules designed to develop initiative, critical thinking, autonomy, and cooperation, combined with knowledge, competencies, and skills related to the cooperative movement, with a focus on Credit Cooperatives.
- The subjects focus on topics that will broaden your knowledge and support your future pathway, adding value that will be a differentiator in your personal and professional trajectory.
- The program totals 150 hours and includes the following training modules: Credit Cooperatives and Sicredi; Financial Education; Inclusion and Society; AML (PLD); National Financial System; Banking Products and Services; Basics of Macroeconomics; Personal (PF) and Corporate (PJ) Credit; Suitability; Communication and Interpersonal Relationships; Personal initiative and leadership (protagonism); Sustainability; Brazilian Sign Language (Libras).
- Classes will be delivered online, with some sessions pre-recorded and others live (evening schedule).
Requirements
- Be over 17 years old.
- Be available to watch recorded classes or to attend live classes held in the evening.
- Have at least a high school diploma.
- Reside in municipalities served by Sicredi Nossa Terra PR/SP.
- Be motivated to grow and develop within Credit Cooperatives.
