About the role

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on data, user feedback, and market trends;
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with the relevant teams;
  • Work closely with internal and external technology teams to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries and scalable solutions;
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements;
  • Conduct market benchmarking and identify opportunities for differentiation;
  • Establish a continuous discovery process aligned with the product and company strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong data-analysis skills and the ability to define success metrics;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
  • Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Collaborative mindset, focused on delivering value and maintaining a stakeholder-centered vision;
  • Sense of urgency and ambidexterity in balancing project prioritization and problem solving;
  • Proactive, forward-looking profile with the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities;
  • Experience in agribusiness is a plus;
