About the role

  • Serve as the focal point for a set of Sicredi Centrals for the Acceptance product, contributing to the sustainable growth of the corporate (PJ) portfolio.
  • Build close relationships with Centrals and Cooperatives, acting as a strategic partner to drive results.
  • Continuously monitor performance indicators (active base, merchant onboarding, billing, margin, principal status), identifying patterns, opportunities and risks.
  • Lead recurring follow-up rituals with Centrals and Cooperatives, providing analyses, executive narratives and business insights.
  • Structure regional diagnostics and direct action plans with Cooperatives, ensuring a data-driven approach.
  • Support advisors and commercial teams in developing strategies and rollouts for branches, including training and support materials.
  • Participate in the design and execution of strategic initiatives for the Acceptance product, from Discovery (upstream) to pilots and validations in Delivery (downstream).
  • Act as a bridge between field teams and internal teams (intelligence, product, operations, channels, experience), bringing field insights and contributing to improvements in processes, offerings and member experience.
  • Represent the product at trade shows, commercial events and strategic meetings of the Centrals.
  • Deploy strategic actions defined by business intelligence to the Cooperatives under your responsibility.
  • Turn data and field insights into inputs for product evolution, policies, journeys and commercial actions.

Requirements

  • Ability to interpret product and financial services indicators, especially for Acceptance.
  • Experience leading action plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influence and stakeholder management skills in complex environments without formal authority.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication for executive presentations.
  • Knowledge of individual (PF) and corporate (PJ) journeys in financial products.
  • Organization, autonomy and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Knowledge of merchant acquiring, payment methods or transactional products (preferred).
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL or advanced Excel analysis (preferred).
  • Experience with commercial or strategic processes focused on corporate clients (PJ) (preferred).
  • Experience in multidisciplinary projects and implementing strategic initiatives (preferred).
