About the role

  • Conduct detailed analyses to implement segmentation and sub-segmentation, identifying patterns and characteristics of members' life cycles.
  • Support the development of an operating model, offer models and commercial strategies.
  • Serve as a technical and analytical point of reference, influencing discussions based on insights and rigorous analyses.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic, tactical and operational decision-making.
  • Engage with central organizations and cooperatives to present opportunities, contributing to strategic engagement with the agribusiness audience.
  • Support governance and liaison with teams that develop agribusiness solutions, ensuring integration and synergy.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies aimed at growing the Agribusiness segment, expanding primary relationships and generating value for members.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, ease in building relationships and practice of active listening.
  • Strategic vision and analytical capability to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Postgraduate degree, specialization or MBA completed.
  • Solid experience in data analysis, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and managing results.
  • Significant experience serving members of the agribusiness segment and/or business managers connected to the sector.
  • Knowledge of the Agribusiness sector and its market dynamics.
