About the role
- Elicit and analyze business needs, translating them into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution flows to support the development team.
- Facilitate communication between areas, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and other involved teams.
- Support backlog prioritization with the Product Owner, considering value, impact, and dependencies.
- Analyze the impact of changes and propose viable alternatives for the business.
- Monitor product/process metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in related roles.
- Ability to understand complex business rules and translate them into clear documentation.
- Knowledge of writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Skill in conducting meetings, interviews, and alignments with different stakeholder profiles.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical thinking.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar.
- Experience in digital product projects, integrations, or enterprise systems.
- Analytical mindset and solution orientation.
- Collaboration skills and effective relationship management.
- Sense of ownership and autonomy.
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized.
- Assertiveness and clarity in communication.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments.
