About the role

  • Understand, align, organize, create and manage flows and processes related to card operations;
  • Map activities performed by the Card Operations team and develop action plans to mitigate operational risks;
  • Conduct analyses of cases that require technical, operational and/or regulatory investigation with internal areas and strategic business partners;
  • Create and manage analytical and executive reports;
  • Manage the maintenance of manuals and business policies;
  • Build and maintain relationships with cooperatives, other CAS areas and strategic partners;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Postgraduate degree preferred (completed or in progress);
  • Experience in process management;
  • Knowledge of process management tools and methodologies;
  • Experience implementing risk mitigation actions;
  • Experience working in teams;
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams;
  • Experience in decision-making;
  • Experience in problem solving;
  • Sense of responsibility and commitment (ownership mindset);
