About the role

  • Provide technical leadership for specialized support to cooperatives in the service area where you are working, performing technical analyses and providing the necessary guidance to cooperatives on each case;
  • Monitor and follow up on support operations to ensure delivery of contracted KPIs;
  • Assess complex issues and propose solutions to meet user needs;
  • Drive continuous process improvements, executing and managing action plans;
  • Serve as a point of reference for cooperatives and CAS companies in handling requests, aiming to meet user needs by directing solutions and following tickets end-to-end;
  • Prioritize incidents and problems in coordination with business and systems teams;
  • Align processes, lead action plan execution and deliver operational training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Postgraduate degree is a plus;
  • Learns quickly, is agile and adapts rapidly to change;
  • Adapts to different languages and communication styles;
  • Simple, collaborative, cooperative and with an ownership mindset;
  • Communicative, organized, committed and proactive;
