About the role

  • Execute, together with the team, the quarterly preparation of the Sicredi System's Combined Financial Statements.
  • Build the data foundation and reconcile the financial statements' information with data provided by business areas and other source systems for financial products.
  • Respond to external audit requests, clarifying questions about the financial statement figures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation and optimization of the financial statement preparation process.
  • Apply intermediate knowledge of tools such as Excel, SAP and Hyperion/EPM to support activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level, at minimum.
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal areas and external auditors.
  • Agile mindset to promote a collaborative environment that encourages autonomy, transparency, innovation and learning.
  • Be curious, proactive and driven by challenges.

  • Master's degree/MBA/Postgraduate studies preferably in Controllership, Accounting, Financial Markets or Corporate Finance.
  • Data-oriented profile with knowledge of corporate data generation and analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of financial/banking products.
  • Knowledge of Credit Cooperatives (cooperative banking).
  • Experience participating in the preparation of financial statements and supporting external audit processes.
  • Experience in financial institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank.
  • Financial market certifications (CPA-10, CPA-20, CEA, CFA, among others).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Accounting ERP).
  • Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI and Databricks.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.
