About the role

  • Prepare technical reports, opinions, and analytical reports to provide technical support for legal defenses, always focusing on legal compliance, risk mitigation, fraud prevention, and preservation of institutional reputation.
  • Identify fraud patterns, process vulnerabilities, and opportunities to improve prevention workflows;
  • Contribute to the design, review, and optimization of fraud prevention flows and processes for digital channels;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote technical and institutional alignment;
  • Support initiatives to mitigate operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Fraud Prevention, preferably within financial institutions or payment service providers;
  • Knowledge of digital channels, PIX, and the Mecanismo Especial de Devolução (MED);
  • Familiarity with evidence analysis, preparation of technical reports, and support for legal proceedings;
  • Knowledge of data, metrics/indicators, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools;
  • Interest in or experience with automation and artificial intelligence (AI);
  • Experience working in dynamic environments with high data volumes and critical decision-making;
  • Analytical, curious, and detail-oriented profile;
  • Genuine interest in fraud prevention, risk, data, and security;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain analyses and decisions clearly and concisely;
  • Collaborative, ethical, and responsible attitude;
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in continuous improvement.
