About the role

  • Improve fraud-prevention customer service processes;
  • Provide inbound support via phone;
  • Investigate suspected fraud cases;
  • Contact members through our customer service channels;
  • Feed back information into controls and preventive systems;
  • Analyze and respond to inquiries from other departments;
  • Review documents and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
  • Availability to work flexible hours and on a 6x1 shift schedule;
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • **Preferred qualifications**
  • Postgraduate degree completed or in progress;
  • Knowledge of anti-fraud tools;
  • Experience monitoring transactional activity in digital channels (Internet Banking and Mobile Banking);
  • Knowledge and/or experience in Fraud Prevention.
