About the role

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on data, user feedback, and market trends;
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and work together with the responsible departments;
  • Collaborate with internal and external technology teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on schedule;
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements;
  • Conduct market benchmarking and identify opportunities for differentiation;
  • Establish a continuous discovery process aligned with the product and company strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to define success metrics;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
  • Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Collaborative mindset focused on delivering value and understanding stakeholders' needs;
  • Sense of urgency and ability to balance project priorities with problem resolution;
  • Proactive profile with a forward-looking perspective and ability to anticipate risks and opportunities;
  • Experience in Agribusiness is a plus;
  • Experience with Agribusiness Securities and Capital Markets is a plus;
