About the role

  • Lead the development of solutions to promote entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation among women and young people;
  • Plan and facilitate co-creation sessions, encouraging participation from central organizations, cooperatives, and business areas;
  • Connect financial solutions to the capacity-building initiatives developed;
  • Provide technical advisory to cooperatives and CAS units on inclusion and diversity, with a focus on women and youth;
  • Develop strategies that link women and youth audiences to institutional objectives;
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions;
  • Produce indicator-based analyses to facilitate understanding of results;
  • Monitor the annual plan, ensuring the execution of planned actions within the defined timeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Social Work, Anthropology, or related fields;
  • Experience with projects focused on inclusion, diversity, and audience development;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and preparation of strategic reports;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
