About the role

  • This opportunity is responsible for managing the financial aspects of Sicredi Acquiring/Acceptance products, as well as identifying improvement opportunities related to information validation, pass-through calculations, efficiency gains, and proposing automations that enhance the security and effectiveness of operational processes.
  • Organize accounts payable and accounts receivable;
  • Perform financial reconciliation and settlements to Sicredi cooperatives;
  • Identify and correct occasional financial discrepancies;
  • Prepare and present projections and simulations to anticipate financial scenarios;
  • Support the management of the department's budget;
  • Liaise with Sicredi cooperatives when necessary to provide finance-related support;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed; postgraduate studies in progress
  • Experience in finance and accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with databases is a fundamental requirement
  • Understanding of the acceptance/merchant acquiring market and the business outlook
  • Team player and enjoys working with people
  • Desired
  • Deep understanding of the merchant acquiring market and future business trends
  • Knowledge of Credit Cooperatives
  • Experience in Financial Institutions
  • Knowledge of Oracle
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Accounting ERP)
  • Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI and Databricks
