About the role

  • Develop, monitor and strengthen the Cooperative's Strategic Planning.
  • Structure and improve processes that support the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor indicators and prepare analyses to support decision-making.
  • Lead and reinforce strategic rituals, ensuring alignment across areas and clarity of priorities.
  • Propose solutions and continuous improvements, supporting the Cooperative's efficiency and development.
  • Work with metrics and modern methodologies to ensure excellence in management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Communications or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in Strategic Planning, Project Management or related areas.
  • Experience in Strategic Planning, Project Management or Process Management.
  • Knowledge of management tools is a plus (MS Project, Power BI, advanced Excel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with tracking methodologies such as OKR, Balanced Scorecard or similar.
  • Strategic and systemic vision, connecting actions to the Cooperative's larger objectives.
  • Organization and discipline to manage priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Clear and assertive communication, active listening and ability to synthesize.
  • Collaborative, able to work across different areas, hierarchical levels and simultaneous demands.
