About the role

  • Map events and triggers (e.g., behavior changes, engagement, propensity) and translate them into clear business rules for segmentation and multichannel journeys.
  • Build and maintain member profiles with standardized attributes, ensuring consistency, quality and easy reuse in campaigns and products.
  • Document and version segmentation models and rules (friendly name, description, calculation rule, owner and expected usage) in plain, business-oriented language.
  • Develop analyses and dashboards to monitor coverage, adoption and impact, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Co-build audiences and use cases with CRM/Marketing/Growth, connecting data to campaign flows and personalized experiences.
  • Ensure privacy and compliance by applying data protection, minimization and governance principles.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and segmentation (behavioral/profiles/triggers) and in documenting business rules.
  • Fluency in SQL and BI/visualization tools; Python development; experience with data platforms and CDPs.
  • Analytical data modeling: design of analytics layers oriented to segmentation (wide tables/features).
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with experiments (A/B testing), marketing metrics and data privacy best practices.
