About the role

  • Prepare and consolidate management and strategic reports for senior management.
  • Maintain and improve the governance and risk management methodology used by the organization.
  • Administer and support the risk management tool, ensuring its correct use.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in governance processes.
  • Interact with internal areas to ensure the quality of information and compliance with policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of corporate risk management, governance, and compliance.
  • Proficiency with analysis and management tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, risk management systems).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize information for executive reporting.
  • Experience with frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, or similar (a plus).
  • Experience in regulated environments or organizations with a strong governance culture (a plus).
