About the role

  • Conduct scenario studies and business diagnostics
  • Develop and support teams in measuring results, identifying opportunities, trends, and patterns in datasets
  • Technical work in developing and monitoring the organization's performance indicators
  • Demonstrate collaboration as a core behavior
  • Communicate with members of your team and other teams to foster improved analytical capability
  • Interact with different roles in the data pipeline (engineers, other analysts, data scientists, and business analysts)
  • Follow the product development process from conception through monitoring production results (upstream and downstream)
  • Participate in the Data Analysis Chapter to learn and understand patterns, tools, and processes, and to encourage and promote data culture among colleagues and teams in our operation
  • Maintain necessary documentation to enable management of the data strategy (democratization, governance, quality, etc.)
  • Continuously develop technically and in business understanding

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL for advanced data analysis and optimization
  • Strong command of data visualization tools such as Power BI to create impactful dashboards
  • Extensive experience in data modeling and performance optimization
  • Experience training others in business intelligence and knowledge sharing
  • Ability to raise relevant questions from available data for further investigation
  • Leadership skills to drive BI initiatives and support strategic decisions
  • Strategic thinking to identify data-driven improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to mentor and train junior team members for skills development
  • Resilience and adaptability to face complex business challenges
  • Experience developing solutions using analytical and visualization tools
  • Building queries for relational and non-relational databases
