About the role

  • Evolve the products and processes of the Discounts and Revolving team;
  • Manage product issues, friction points and product processes;
  • Monitor, map and lead product risk mitigation plans;
  • Serve as a knowledge reference for Cooperatives and CAS teams, promoting knowledge sharing;
  • Identify and explore business opportunities for our products;
  • Collaborate with peers within the corporate team, sharing knowledge and best practices;

Requirements

  • Knowledge of financial products and services;
  • Familiarity with a company's financial operations;
  • Experience in credit is desirable;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and resilience;
  • Logical and analytical thinking;
  • Experience with cooperatives (cooperativism);
  • Proactive and self-driven attitude;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
