About the role

  • Generate insights for strategic decisions and business evolution by creating queries and monitoring KPIs that drive actions and results.
  • Ensure product compliance, stability and scalability by mapping and mitigating risks.
  • Prepare and present materials for diverse audiences.
  • Train internal teams and produce content (manuals, presentations, among others).
  • Manage change and communicate product developments.
  • Work with cooperatives and central organizations to drive product adoption.
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on metrics and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with partner areas (PD, Data, PMs, Operations) on design initiatives and continuous research.
  • Optimize processes and flows with a focus on efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

  • Experience with financial products.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and artificial intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel (advanced), SQL queries, Databricks and Figma.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields (preferred).
