About the role

  • Lead the structuring of the quality strategy, considering all aspects of the solution, from requirement definition through code development;
  • Design and execute test scenarios based on business requirements in the form of user stories, as well as manage testing and maintain knowledge of the tools used;
  • Develop automated tests for web services and UIs (API, web, and mobile);
  • Work across the entire product development lifecycle, from conception to production deployment and maintenance;
  • Participate in collaborative product design;
  • Take part in Quality Chapters and Communities of Practice, encouraging and promoting the dissemination of a quality culture across colleagues and teams.

Requirements

  • Work across the full software development lifecycle;
  • Create test strategies at different levels (Unit, Integration, System, Acceptance) using manual and automated testing;
  • Design and execute automated tests (for Services/API, web interfaces, mobile) integrated into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab);
  • Test mobile applications (physical and virtual devices) and financial applications;
  • Implement process, technical, and tooling improvements for the team and operation to enhance quality;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in teams, especially with Agile Testing;
  • Validate non-functional requirements;
  • Validate deployments in the production environment;
  • Knowledge of Java;
  • Experience with frameworks such as TestNG and JUnit;
  • Knowledge of frameworks like Rest Assured, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, BrowserStack;
  • Understanding of software development practices and design patterns;
