About the role

  • Development of credit granting models, considering Sicredi’s various customer segments, strategies and products;
  • Implement, together with the technology team, the models developed by the credit granting team;
  • Monitor, review, recalculate and calibrate models when appropriate;
  • Produce studies and new proposals on credit granting and guarantees, understanding members’ profiles, products and stages of the credit cycle;
  • Work with different product teams, assisting with analysis and new data/insights;
  • Interact with different roles in the data and systems process (analysts, engineers, scientists and business analysts);
  • Maintain necessary documentation of deliverables and communicate results;
  • Continuously develop technical skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or related areas;
  • Experience with statistical modeling applied to the credit market;
  • Strong writing, synthesis and communication skills;
  • Experience with programming languages and tools such as R, Python, Spark and SQL;
  • Hands-on data analysis, KPI monitoring and development of ad-hoc studies;
  • Knowledge and experience in the credit market;
  • Intermediate English is desirable.
